ISO 統計相關標準 [複製鏈接]

國際標準化組織第 69 技術委員會 (ISO/TC 69) 「統計方法應用技術委員會」負責準備與維護統計技術與統計方法相關國際標準,ISO/TC 69 ,轄下有六個分技術委員會 (subcommittees, SC):
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 1: Terminology and symbols
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 4: Applications of statistical methods in product and process management
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 5: Acceptance sampling
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 6: Measurement methods and results
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 7: Applications of statistical and related techniques for the implementation of Six Sigma
  • ISO/TC 69/SC 8: Application of statistical and related methodology for new technology and product development

ISO/TC 69/SC 4 在 2003 年發行的 ISO/TR 13425:2003 將統計學標準分為技術 (technology)、描述 (describe)、解釋 (explain)、允收 (accept) 、比較 (compare)、量測控制 (measurement control)、後續時間或時間變化 (follow in time)等類別,其關係及相對國際標準如下圖所示。2006 年 ISO/TR 13425 改版,增加了一些新的或改版的相關統計學國際標準,如下圖所示:
